Emma Grehan - Resident in Counseling

Therapy can offer the space to slow down, reflect, and start moving toward the life you want to live.

I believe everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and create positive change in their lives. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while tapping into your strengths and helping you feel more empowered and confident in your everyday life. You can expect warmth, honesty, and compassion in our work together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can freely explore what matters to you. I’m committed to affirming clients of all backgrounds, identities, and cultures.

I enjoy working with teens and adults as they navigate life’s turning points—college, careers, or relationships—especially when anxiety or depression make change harder. I also bring specialized knowledge in addiction recovery and healing after trauma, particularly domestic violence. My approach is collaborative and flexible, always tailored to your needs.

Change doesn’t happen overnight, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey!

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me doing something creative—painting, crocheting, or making collages. I also love getting lost in a great book, especially thrillers and literary fiction.
